I.Visiting & Booking

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are open seven days a week by appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online via our Square booking page, call us at (703) 438-8688, or visit us in person. New guests are welcome — please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.
Where are you located?
Pure Spa is at 9909 Georgetown Pike, Suite 204, Great Falls, VA 22066 — inside the Village Centre at Great Falls. Suite 204 is on the second floor. See directions →
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available throughout the Village Centre at Great Falls, directly outside our entrance.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to therapist availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure you receive your preferred service and time.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow the day's pace to settle. Every session opens with a private consultation so we can tailor pressure, focus, and pacing. Communicate freely — everything can be adjusted to your comfort.

II.Membership & Pricing

How much is the Pure Spa Premium Membership?
The Premium Membership is $99 per year. Benefits include exclusive member pricing on every service, priority booking, personalized care from a consistent therapist team, and members-only seasonal rewards. Learn more →
How much do I save with the membership?
Members save $10 per service on nearly every item on the menu. A typical member visiting roughly once a month sees the $99 annual fee return within the first quarter — and continues saving quietly thereafter.
How do I become a member?
Call us at (703) 438-8688 to enroll, or mention it at your next visit. Membership begins immediately — we will attach it to your file and apply your member rate to any booking the same day.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards may be purchased online or in person, are non-refundable, do not expire, and may be used toward any service or retail purchase.
Is there a discount for birthdays?
Yes. Non-member guests enjoy 20% off any single service during their birthday month. Mention your birthday at the time of booking and present a valid photo ID at check-in. Not combinable with other promotions, gift cards, or PureBrow services. See the offer →
Do you accept Spa Finder?
Yes, we accept Spa Finder. Please note that a 10% additional fee applies to bookings made through Spa Finder.

III.Services & Treatments

What is the difference between a Customized Massage and a Swedish Massage?
A Swedish Massage uses gentle to medium pressure for full-body relaxation and improved circulation. A Customized Massage is tailored entirely to your specific needs and focus areas, drawing on multiple techniques as your body asks for them. Customized is one of our most popular services.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Our Prenatal Massage relieves back pain, swelling, and fatigue with specialized cushioning and safe, soothing care for moms-to-be. Available in 60 and 90 minute sessions. Please notify us at booking of your stage of pregnancy.
Do you offer couples massages?
Yes. Our Couples Massage is delivered side-by-side in a tranquil private room with two therapists. Available in 60 minutes ($189 member / $199 non-member) and 90 minutes ($289 / $299).
What is included in the Beauty Package?
The Beauty Package combines 100 minutes of massage and facial — the perfect combination for total relaxation and visible results. Member price is $199, non-member $219.
What is PureBrow by Mandi?
PureBrow is our signature permanent makeup brow practice, sculpted, mapped, and tinted by Mandi herself. Three techniques are offered: Ombre Powder Brows ($680), Combo Nano Hair Strokes Brows ($980), and Luxury Nano Brows ($1,280). All bookings require a $100 non-refundable consultation deposit, applied toward your final service. Learn more →
What add-ons are available with a massage?
Four enhancements are available, each $20: CBD Oil/Cream, Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy. Layer one or more during any massage to deepen the experience.

IV.Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for single-service appointments, and 48 hours for 90-minute-or-longer treatments, couples experiences, or PureBrow. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100%. Read the full policy →
What happens if I arrive late?
Treatments end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival, so the next guest's reservation is honored. Late arrivals receive an abbreviated session at the full original rate. If you anticipate running late, please call (703) 438-8688.
Can I bring children?
For the comfort of every guest, our suites are reserved for adult treatments. Guests under 16 are welcome only by prior arrangement and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What if I feel unwell on the day of my appointment?
Please reschedule — we will waive any cancellation fee for illness and help you find a new time. Your wellness, and that of our therapists and other guests, comes first.
