Our therapists' time is reserved exclusively for you the moment your appointment is booked. The terms below help us protect that quiet — for you, and for the guest after you.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a single-service appointment. For appointments of 90 minutes or longer, couples experiences, or any Noir-tier service, we ask for 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within these windows will be subject to the fees outlined below.
A cancellation made less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. The card on file at the time of booking will be used; no separate authorization is required.
Guests who do not arrive for a reserved appointment, and have not given prior notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows may result in pre-payment being required for future bookings.
We hold our therapists to a quiet, on-time practice for the comfort of every guest. If you arrive after your scheduled start time, we will do our best to perform the full treatment, but the service may need to be shortened to honor the next guest's appointment. The full service price will still apply.
An arrival of more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time may be treated, at our discretion, as a no-show.
All PureBrow appointments require a $100 non-refundable consultation deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward your final service. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Services rendered are non-refundable. If a treatment does not meet your expectations, please share your concerns with us at the time of your visit and we will endeavor to make it right.
Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They do not expire, may be used in part or in full, and may be transferred to another guest by name with prior notice.
Promotional rates and discounts (including birthday and non-member offers) are not combinable with one another, with gift cards, or with retail purchases unless explicitly stated. Promotional services are subject to the same cancellation, late, and no-show terms as our standard menu.
Please share any allergies, medical conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy at the time of booking. For your safety and our therapists' care, certain services may require physician clearance or a modified treatment.
If you arrive feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule. Same-day cancellations for illness will be considered with grace, at our discretion.
For the comfort of every guest, our suites are reserved for adult treatments. Guests under 16 are welcome only by prior arrangement and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask all guests to silence devices and speak softly within our practice.
